MTmenu is a newly established company focusing on Menu Consulting Services. Our main concern is the staffing of your kitchen with innovative recipes from all over the world, the costing of your menu, the training of your staff on the new recipes and the permanent support for the right application of your new menu.

Our company is based in Greece and works with specialized personnel in Germany as well. Experienced chefs are at your disposal at any time, with the main purpose of effectively implementing the menus that we design based on your needs.

Konstantinos Tsolas

Konstantinos Tsolas

Chef
Konstantinos has been working as a professional chef for the last eighteen (18) years. He has been involved in Hospitality and Menu Consulting Services almost all his life, as he grew up next to tourists visiting their family restaurant. It cooks Greek and Italian cuisine, as the ingredients of these two kitchens are common, with a different way of pre-cooking and cooking. These two kitchens together with French are their favorite at work as they fit perfectly with their preferences. Passion for discovering new ingredients and experimenting with new dishes and flavors.

John Mouzakis

John Mouzakis

Chef
John works as a professional chef for the past twenty-two (22) years. As long as he remembers himself, the kitchen was one of his most beloved occupations. He began cooking at a very young age and eventually managed to make his passionate profession. Since 1996 he has worked professionally as a chef with a long experience in restaurants and hotels. After several years of work as a B and A Chef, he decided to deal with the field of menu consulting. His favorite kitchens are Greek, French and Italian.
